Trader gunned down
A plastic ware trader was killed the other day after three suspected hired guns allegedly shot him while tending his shop in Malabon City.
Killed on the spot due to multiple gunshot wounds was Eduardo Budiongan, 55, a resident of Flavihomes in Barangay Tunsuya.
A report by Senior Police Officer 2 Ferdinand Espiritu, officer-on-case, showed that the victim was busy arranging some plastic wares when the suspects approached him .
Witnesses told police investigators that the three suspects wore bull cap hats and hankies covered their faces making it hard for them to identify.
After making it certain that the fatality was their target, the suspects drew their caliber .45 pistols and allegedly shot Budiongan repeatedly before escaping from the scene.
Police are probing the case to determine the motive and the identities of the killers.
