The Sta. Lucia Group of Companies is set to launch by the end of this year the expansion of its already vast Sta. Lucia Grand Mall complex in Cainta, Rizal.

Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. (SLLI) President Exequiel Robles said the project, dubbed as “Sta. Lucia City,” is a five-building residential condominium to be constructed on one of the four-hectare Sta. Lucia Grand Mall complexes, located at the corner of Marcos Highway and Imelda Ave. in Cainta.

Robles said initial development work has already started with the expansion of the mall and the al fresco brickroad sections.

The next phase will include the first two out of the five mid-rise condominium buildings designed by architect W.W. Coscoluella.

The development of the Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall complex is just one of the many development projects being undertaken by the company in 2010.

Also in the pipeline is the construction of the East Bel Air Residences on Imelda Ave., Cainta – another quality mid-rise condominium project with a clubhouse and complete sports facilities, located just a few minutes away from the Sta. Lucia Grand Mall.

The other projects of the company include the Splendido Taal Towers residential condominium in Laurel, Batangas; La Miranda luxury condominium project in Mactan, Cebu; Villa Chiara Residential Estate in Tagaytay; La Breza Tower residential condominium project on Mother Ignacia Ave. in Quezon City; Green Meadows project in Tarlac; Bauan Grand Villa in Bauan, Batangas; the high-end Bel-Air Residences near SM Mall in Davao City; and the Mesilo and Luxurre Residences in Dasmariñas and Alfonso, Cavite.
