What is really the deal with Omega 3 fish oil? Television ads seem so enticing while their fit and healthy endorsers market their canned fish products.

Studies have shown that the lack of Omega 3 fats had been linked to various disorders and conditions such as depression, Alzheimer’s disease, ADHD and ADD. It has been proven that Omega 3 fish oil can be good for the brain. Fish oil supplements could improve memory and focus.

Omega 3 fish oil is also good for the heart. According to studies, Omega 3 can reduce the blood from being sticky, thus, preventing blockage that could cause heart attacks.

This means that it is recommendable to advice people who suffer from high cholesterol to include fish or Omega 3 rich foods in their diet.

It was also found that Omega 3 fish oil may help prevent the occurrence of cancer, more particularly, breast and prostate cancer.
