For its next four episodes, “Lovebug’s” “Say I Do” will tickle the viewers’ ribs with fun!

“Say I Do” digresses from previous episodes which were all dramas. The cast includes Mark Anthony Fernandez as Alvin, Lovi Poe as Faye, Joey Marquez as Ulyses, and Carmi Martin as Chona.

Ulyses and Chona are the estranged parents of Alvin, and Alvin and Faye are lovers and are now preparing their wedding.

During the press conference held to announce the TV show, the cast members were asked what they think of marriage. Joey Marquez said: “Marriage is just a ceremony. What counts is the commitment to it. There are couples who never get married, but their commitment to one another is constant and solid.”

Carmi Martin said she was still looking forward to getting married, not necessarily to a perfect guy but to the right guy!

Lovi Poe, asked about her relationship with Rep. Ronald Singson, stressed that she is just a very close friend to him.

Others in the cast are Janelle Jamer as Cathy, Rox Montealegre as Cecil, Zeryl Lim as Joanne and Dion Ignacio as Sean.

“Say I Do” begins airing today, Aug. 29, and will air every Sunday right after “Party Pilipinas” on GMA.

“Immediately after our live coverage of the hostage taking and its bloody outcome last Monday, we in GMA News reviewed how we covered the situation.

“We are now taking a second look at our existing policies and processes to determine how these can be improved and how we can fill up what is lacking.

“At the end of this review, we will come up with a revised set of rules to be implemented during situations that pose risks to our people and the public. We are also open to dialogue with authorities on how we could work together in situations like this in the interest of the safety of the public, especially the hostages.”

Sam, Mikaela new endorsers of wellness
