There appears to be a serious threat to actress Angelica Panganiban's safety that her management company Star Magic has hired two bodyguards for her.

“She’s been receiving threats on her cellphone,” says a source of Bulletin Entertainment, “that's why Star Magic decided to beef up her security.”

Angelica is reportedly being harassed by unknown people through text that she has already changed her number a couple of times.

“Angelica is surprised at how her mystery texter is always able to trace her new number. So, every time she receives messages from anonymous senders, she changes her number,” the showbiz insider intimated.

Nowadays, wherever Derek Ramsay’s girlfriend goes, the two bodyguards tag along. They accompany Angelica in all her showbiz activities and even when the actress is home, the bodyguards stay with her inside her house to ensure that she’s safe.
