Davao City will play host to the underbone road race of the Yamaha Grand Prix this Saturday at the SM parking lot.

Riders from the Mindanao region are expected to compete for cash prizes and trophies and test their skill and possibly win a slot to international competitions in tournament sanctioned by National Motorcycle Sports and Safety Association (NAMSSA).

The event will be highlighted by the latest of the Yamaha technology for the daily automatic scooter and underbone models of the Mio, Vega. Krypton, Sniper and the latest Mio Fino models.

“We believe in bringing races to the people by hosting our events in city centers and with the highest safety rating approved by NAMSSA can showcase Yamaha products at its peak of performance together with this we shall also have side shows and showcase our latest models” said Rodney Bersamina, marketing manager of Yamaha Philippines.
