Declutter your home
Have you ever woken up and thought that you may have too much stuff that you don't need? Or maybe thought that your home was becoming too crowded? If you answered yes to even just one of these questions, then it is time to declutter your house.
Here are some guidelines to help with the organizing and decluttering of your home:
1. Start sorting out your things spatially. It will be easier to declutter if you start from one room and move to another. You can check the attic and then move on to the rooms. You can go left to right, and then go on the upper levels of your home like the attic.
2. Use the same technique when organizing the cupboards and cabinets. It is better to check the higher storage areas, like overhead cupboards, first as they are the hardest to reach, and then move on to the lower storage areas like under the bed.
3. When sorting out your clothes, throw out those you haven't worn in a year. Throw out clothes that are damaged and those that don't fit anymore.
4. If you have duplicate items, pick the one that works best or the one that is least damaged.
5. You can keep items that can be repaired, but if you still haven't repaired them in a week, it is time to throw them out.
Good luck!
