Manila, Philippines - RTC Judge Florencio Albano Ruiz, Jr. (Ret.) of Quezon City and Bacarra, Ilocos Norte Former Special Prosecutor Tanod Bayan; Assistant Fiscal, Manila and District Land Officer, Bureau of Lands, peacefully joined our Creator and his late parents, Mr. and Mrs. Florencio C. Ruiz Sr., on Sept. 3, 2010 at the age of 73.

His loving siblings, Jose (+) and Ma. Concepcion Llanes; Nora and Jose A. Agbayani Jr. (+); Rosario & Mariano L. Cabel (+); Tomasito(+); Jesus & Priscilla A. Olave; Andres and Corazon C. Velasco; Antonio and Elisa Sto. Domingo; Erasmo(+) and Thelma Javelosa; Monina and Horacio A. Belen; Prospero(+) and foster son Camilo Garcia(+) and Letty Legaspi, and other relatives request friends and pious readers to pray for his eternal repose.

His remains lay at the Arlington Memorial Chapels, Araneta Ave., Quezon City until evening of Sept. 6, 2010 and will be taken to Bacarra, Ilocos Norte the following day, Sept. 7, 2010, for interment.
