The huge success of ABS-CBN’s “Pilipinas Got Talent” paved the way for “Pinoy You Got It,” the 20-city nationwide concert which starts on Sept. 24, 8 p.m. at the SM Megamall Cinema 4. Featured are Jovit Baldivino, Ezra Band, Markki and Sherwin Baguion.

These four talented artists were also awarded by Star Records and Sony Music CD album deals including “Faithfully” featuring Jovit Baldivino, and a compilation entitled “Pinoy You Got It” featuring Ezra Band, Markki Stroem and Sherwin Baguion.

Viewers of the popular talent show got to know the journey of the winner, Jovit Baldivino, a shy boy from Batangas who was born to poor parents, started when he joined the search of “Pilipinas Got Talent.”

Jovit’s God-given talent put the whole nation at awe when he sang the song popularized by Journey “Faithfully.”

His performance of “Faithfully” (1,690,509 views) and semi-finals rendition of “Carrie” (734,481 views) have also turned him into one of the most-watched contestants in You Tube.

Equally interesting is the phenomenal rise of Ezra Band, called by fans as the coolest band in town, known for its own style of acoustic music. The main vocalist, Kaye Cal is a girl but with the voice of a boy.

Another standout is the performance of Sherwin Baguion, a young singer from Cagayan de Oro who uniquely has an interesting combination of having the voice of Gary Valenciano but sings like Martin Nievera.

Not to be outdone is Markki Stroem, the 21 year old 5’11”, good-looking Fil-Norwegian crooner who has the singing voice to make girls swoon.

The concert tour also features special guests Juris and The Magic of Alakim.

Tickets are available at TicketWorld.
