Marking its 10th anniversary, Lumina is launching its Emery and Eliza models which are upgraded bungalow homes with painted fence and steel frame gate, ready bedroom, ceramic tile flooring, and additional bathroom fixtures like a shower head and handheld bidet.

Lumina developments will also include eSpacio, an all-inclusive amenity center that will be a place to interact with other families.
