Epson, a world leader in digital imaging and printing solutions, has introduced an impressive range of business inkjet printers, expertly leveraging Epson’s long legacy of breakthrough technological innovations.

In a recent launch dubbed as the “INKredible Business Printing Event”, Epson formally unveiled its newest inkjet printer series: the economical and efficient Epson Max Economy (ME) for home and small offices; and the Epson ME Office Series for small and medium-sized enterprises. Epson also introduced its Epson B-Printer (Business Inkjet) Series, which is specially designed to meet the printing requirements of large corporations.

“Epson offers a full suite of low cost, best performing inkjet printers for a wide variety of businesses,” said Epson Philippines Senior General Manager and Head of Sales Ed Bonoan. “With the ME and ME Office printers, Epson can prove that inkjet printers are cost-effective and reliable business partners that will not only enhance productivity but also reduce running costs for different types and sizes of businesses and enterprises.”

Utilizing Epson’s Micro Piezo print head technology, each printer series promises superior print quality, incredible print speed, and one of the lowest running costs available in the market today.

“Epson is committed to helping our home and small business customers reduce running costs with our new Epson ME and ME Office business inkjet printers,” said Hideto Nakamura, Country Manager of Epson Philippines Corporation.

“The launch of the Max Economy series is Epson’s first definitive step in achieving its goal to become the printer brand of choice to local SMEs by 2012.”

“Micro Piezo technology is not only versatile but cost-effective as well,” said Koichi Endo, Epson’s Regional Chairman.

“Epson’s Micro Piezo technology enables our printers to dispense ink precisely through electric pulses, thus achieving better print quality and gradation.

Our printers also enjoy a minimal down time that can adversely impact business operations, and a longer life span, since they are not heat operated.”

Epson is the only company in the world that uses piezoelectric print heads in all its inkjet printers. Globally, Micro Piezo technology is being utilized in a wide range of industries because of its quality and precision.
