They are topbilling the action-love story-comedy-adventure movie “Si Agimat at si Enteng Kabisote.” Bong related that as early as January this year, Vic called him up to broach the idea of them doing a movie together for the December film festival.
“It was a very interesting idea, and so we started working on it,” Bong told us during a recent visit to their set in Tanay. The story was developed by RJ Cuevas, and the script was written by Bibeth Orteza. It was in August that everything was put into place, Bong said.
Bong revealed the movie is a collaboration among five film outfits – GMA Films (which is shouldering 50 percent of the budget), Imus Productions, M-Zet Productions, APT Productions, and OctoArts Films.
“This is a two-in-one offering, na alam ko ikasisiya ng mga manonood, ng mga fans naming. We polished the script, we prepared everything well at talagang binusisi ng husto ni Direk Tony Reyes.”
Bong also assured that “walang sapawan sa amin ni Vic. I’m really excited about this movie. Ibang Bong Revilla ang mapapanood ninyo dito.” Bong’s leading lady is pretty and promising newbie Gwen Zamora.
