No mea culpa, sorry in GCTA mess - Pangilinan

"I think he should be...made to explain during his time. Yung mga napakawalan, so lahat sila na nag pakawala ng napakaraming heinous crime convicts," he said. The senator, meanwhile, said the problem with the GCTA law is really rooted on its implementation. "Yes, they may be some ambiguity, assuming there is, but there is Executive Order 935. Ano ba naman yung ikaw yung hepe, papakawalan mo si Antonio Sanchez, di mo man lang tinanong, yan ba nag bayad na ng danyos yan? Eh di pa pala nag babayad eh, paano mo mapapasok sa good conduct yon, paano mo masabing good conduct, di pa nga kinikilala ang utos ng korte. It's more of an implementation issue and common sense," Pangilinan said.
