8 inmates bolt jail, Bulacan PNP launch manhunt operation

Bulacan PNP launched manhunt operation against 8 inmates bolted CSJDM jail

The Bulacan Police Provincial Office has launched a manhunt operation against six of the eight inmates who escaped at around 3:00 in the morning on Sunday, May 2, from the Custodial Facility of the San Jose Del Monte City police station.

Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Bulacan police director, identified the Persons Under PNP Custody (PUPC) who escaped as Jorency De Juan Revise, 29, of Blk. 17, Lot 10, Purok 8, Brgy. San Pedro, CSJDM, Bulacan, with a case of Robbery; Richard Mabansag Torillos @Tattoo, 46, a native of Manila, and presently residing at Blk. 13, Lot 22, Phase-1, Brgy. Grace Ville, CSJDM, Bulacan, with cases of violations of R.A. 9165 and R.A. 10591; Arturo Murillo Çonde @ Don-Don, 40, a native of Samar, and presently residing at Blk. 5, Lot 4, Phase 6B, Brgy. Gaya-Gaya, CSJDM with a case of violation of R.A. 9165.

Other were Aaron Mendones Capa, 26, presently resides at Mendoza St., Sta Maria, Bulacan, with a case of violation of R.A. 9165; Jose Albert Gonzales Rojas, 2, a native of Manila and presently resides at Blk. 30, Lot 32, Phase 6A, Tower Ville 6, Brgy. Gaya-Gaya, CSJDM  with a case of violation of R.A. 9165; Jeffrey Delo Santos Santos, 38, a native of Manila and presently resides at Blk. 16, Lot 23, Phase-6C, Tower Ville, Brgy. Gaya-Gaya  with a case of violation of R.A. 9165.

Glenmir Ian Valdez Aguilar, 42, internet installer, a native of Manila, presently resides at Blk. 3, Lot 2, Phase E1, Brgy. Mulawin, CSJDM with a case of violation of R.A. 9165, and Edcel Emberga Briones, 29, residing at Blk. 18, Lot 23, Area H, Phase 1, Brgy. San Rafael 1, CSJDM with the case of Arson.

The breakout of the inmates was only discovered by the Duty Custodial Officer, during a routine accounting of detainees at around 3:00 in the morning of June 2.

Initial investigations revealed that the escapees managed to destroy the metal window rail of cell number 4 using a steel saw. 

In an immediate effort to locate the escapees two of the escapees Jorency Revise and Edcel Briones were 

apprehended.  

As of press time, the police continued to locate the whereabouts of the remaining escapees with a coordinated dragnet operation and flash alarm issued to the Bulacan Provincial Tactical Operations Center.


 

The PNP assures the public that all necessary measures are being taken to recapture the remaining escapees and maintain public safety.
