MANILA, Philippines - Brother International Philippines has unveiled the New Innov-is 900 (NV-900) sewing and embroidery machine, designed for all skill levels.  Whether you are experienced or just starting out, you will be able to achieve professional results with this capable standalone combination machine.  The New Innov-is 900 is a compact sewing and embroidery machine, lightweight and portable that you can take with you when you travel to classes or to family and friends. 
 
The Basics

Managing the NV-900 is easy with its built in functions via the simple touch screen controls.  It includes icons and 15 languages, an animated step by step instructions guide that you can follow to quickly learn how to use the many built in functions. 

Sewing

With dozens of stitches to choose from as well as a feature to design your own, the NV-900 can tackle virtually any sewing Project. 

On screen editing is a powerful editing feature that includes layout, pattern ratio in 1, 10 & 90° mirror imaging and scaling between 90-120%.

Custom stitch creation when you can’t find that special stitch, why not just create your own stitch design directly on the LCD panel and save it to memory for future use.

Choose from 129 built in utility and decorative, satin and cross stitches, including 10 one step buttonhole styles makes your sewing experience simple and fun, you’ll be spoilt for choice.  You can also reverse stitches, adjust stitch length and width, Program reinforcement stitches and event the thread cutter is Programmable.

Combination stitches, The Innov-is 900 allows you to combine stitches for greater variety and creativity. 

The NV-900 comes with a wide range of feet and attachments allowing you to sew in zippers, attach buttons, make button holes, set eyelets, sew appliquéing stitches, decorative edges and do blind hemming to name a few.  The use of a foot peddle is optional, you can already begin sewing with just a touch of the button. 

One of the best add-on to this machine is the extension table that adds convenience to sew large Projects smoothly.  It also serves as a cover for the unit.

Also, it has a helpful super bright LED to light up your work, makes is easier to work on dark fabrics.  Threading up the machine and filling the bobbin is uncomplicated, all operating buttons are cleverly situated on convenient panel - thread cutters, needle position, start/stop function, speed control - no time is wasted fiddling around trying to slip on thread through the eye of a needle.

Embroidery

This model comes with 70 built-in embroidery designs plus 100 patterns supplied on CD, allowing you to stitch monogram initials, decorative borders, and a range of other designs including floral designs, seasonal patterns, and holiday themes.  It comes compatible with the wide variety of designs available in the Brother Embroidery Memory Card Library.  A USB port is made available that allows you to send your embroidery designs directly to/from your PC.
