The reigning M-series champion FCAP showed poise under pressure to turn back an upset conscious Blacklist International, 3-2, while top seed FNOP proved its regular season success was no fluke after clobbering Aurora Gaming with a 3-0 victory.

The two squads face each other not only for a spot in grand finals but also an outright M6 World Championship spot.

Kyle "Kyletzy" Sayson came up huge in the last two games of their series against Blacklist, putting up neat KDAs of 4-0-4 and 10-0-4 on the new hero Suyou to help the last season's bridesmaid finishers overcome a 1-2 series deficit.

Cautious to commit the same mistakes on its Game 3 hiccup where it allowed Blacklist to complete a come from behind win, APBren left nothing to chance and dominated the decider.

Meanwhile, a fiery series opener set the tone for FNOP's romp of Aurora as King "K1NGKONG" Perez and Duane "Kelra" Pillas presided over a nine-minute demolition, 20-2.

FNOP, owners of the record 12-0 win streak it set during the regular season, never looked back from there, shrugging off a few moments of brilliance from Aurora to come out with the sweet sweep.

With the outcome, Blacklist and Aurora both got dropped to the lower bracket semifinals where they will figure in another best-of-five affair with the winner advancing to the lower bracket finals against the loser of the FNOP and FCAP clash.
