Kris Aquino and Bimby Yap

MANILA, Philippines -- James “Bimby” Yap is becoming as sought-after an endorser as his mom Kris Aquino.

Kris and Bimby were warmly welcomed to the Fiesta family by the Concepcions (owners of RFM Corp., a leading food and beverage conglomerate in the country), in an exclusive gathering at the Concepcion residence in Forbes Park.

Bimby, who turns four this April, opted to celebrate his birthday during the event where he spent gift-giving time with children from Bahay ni Maria, a Bel-Air Makati-based orphanage. The orphans have long been supported by the Concepcions and are now regular beneficiaries of the Fiesta family.

Loida N. Lewis leads SCAP 75th anniversary

Fil-Am billionaire Loida Nicolas-Lewis spearheads the 75th year celebration of Student Catholic Action of the Philippines via its 10th SCAP National Leadership Conference slated April 8-12 at the Fleur de lis Auditorium of St. Paul University Manila.

It is expected to gather around 1,000 high school and college leaders and alumni of the movement from all over the country to dialogue and take action on the theme “Change: A Call to EveryJUAN” with Pres. Benigno C. Aquino III as guest speaker.

SCAP alumna Lewis led the planning of this milestone event at her East Hampton home in New York together with fellow distinguished members of the SCA Leaders Foundation, Inc.
