CAVITE – A male Chinese national was allegedly kidnapped in Barangay Tabon 1 in Kawit, Cavite, on Sunday evening, September 8.
A report from the Police Regional Office 4A said the victim was abducted after he alighted his vehicle and was walking toward his apartment.
According to the initial investigation, the victim was snatched by six men wearing facemasks and carrying short firearms.
The victim was reportedly forced to board a sedan which fled toward Centennial Road.
Kawit Municipal Police Station (MPS) told the Manila Bulletin on September 9 that they are continuing their follow-up operations to rescue the victim and apprehend the suspects.
