Trend Micro will make an appearance at DECODE

Trend Micro will be hosting DECODE 2024: Fusion Forward.

The event will focus on topics about fusing different technologies to create new solutions to cyberattacks and threats.

Alma Saturnino-Alvarez, threat hunting director of Trend Micro said: “With the continuous advancements in AI and its integration into more systems and devices we use everyday, we at Trend Micro recognize the need to consistently be one step ahead of trends and cyber threats. Through rigorous research and upskilling, as well as through efforts such as DECODE, we aim to further reinforce the need for robust and resilient security to our customers and partner organizations, as well as to fellow cybersecurity professionals in the country.”

DECODE 2024 aims to equip attendees the necessary skills and knowledge to better protect their organizations. This will include topics on Generative AI, which is seeing massive growth these past couple of months.

Speakers at DECODE will include specialists from Trend Micro, Interpol, the Canadian law enforcement, and local experts. They will share the latest facets of cybersecurity.

DECODE 2024 will also include activities from Trend Micro’s training processes. This includes a hands-on lab and Capture the Flag–a cybersecurity competition where teams will find vulnerabilities and exploits from a system.
