Taiwanese yields 'shabu' at NAIA

Airport security personnel arrested a Taiwanese for yielding more than nine grams of suspected shabu at the  Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.

Personnel of the Office of Transportation Security (OTS) said the illegal drugs were found during a the routine inspection for those who are about to board their flight at NAIA on Tuesday, Aug. 6. 

The passenger was identified as Chen Yinjyun, who was about to board a Cebu Pacific flight 5J 553 bound for Cebu.

Police also recovered four cellular phones, assorted foreign currencies and around P25,000 cash, and identification cards.
