Sons, daughters of known singers topbill new series of shows
MANILA, Philippines -- There’s a new show concept at Teatrino at the Promenade in Greenhills that premieres tomorrow, Sept. 2. To be held every Friday henceforth, “Got Fridays@Teatrino” is conceptualized and directed by Freddie Santos.
The series features young, promising performers – some second generation musical artists who are truly a chip off the old block.
Among them are Isabella (daughter of Kuh Ledesma), Robin Nievera (son of Martin Nievera and Pops Fernandez), Nicole and Carlo David (children of Mon David).
Freddie said, “The show brings young, up and coming artists who have already been launched or who have had their first CD albums released up to the next level of their musical careers. All Friday nights at Teatrino starting Sept. 2 (Laarni Lozada is the featured performer) till November will be nights full of music from new faces.”
The project is a collaboration between Music Museum Group, Inc. and various artist management houses. To be featured are Laarni Lozada, Markki Stroem, Isabella, Nicole and Carlo David, the Jammistas (Yssa Alvarez, Sabrina, Davey Langit, Noelle Cassandra and Marvin Ong), 3AM (Mica Caldito, James Torres and Kyle Amor), Krissy and Ericka and some of the most admired male performers to date – Kris Lawrence, Vincent Bueno and Gian Magdangal.
Tickets to this new Friday night diversion are at P500 each.
