The Bulacan police conducted intensified police operations which resulted in the arrest of 11 lawbreakers and in the confiscation of illegal drugs worth P133,000 on Sunday, March 17.
Based on the police report, a drug buy-bust operation was conducted in Brgy. Batia, Bocaue, which led to the arrest of alias "Ayong," 30.
Police recovered from "Ayong" four sachets of suspected shabu valued at about P27,200 (Standard Drug Price – SDP), including a caliber 9mm firearm; 10 live ammunitions; two magazines of caliber 9mm, and a belt bag, which were subsequently handed over to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for ballistic examinations.

A series of anti-illegal drug operations also resulted in the arrest of six individuals.
The Meycauayan City and Malolos City police confiscated a total of 18 sachets of suspected shabu worth P106,760 along with the marked money.
Meanwhile, the anti-illegal gambling operations conducted by the Marilao police led to the apprehension of three individuals caught engaging in illegal cockfighting "tupada" in Dulo Pinagpala Brgy. Lambakin, Marilao, at around 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.
Fighting cocks, gaffs, and bet money in different denominations were confiscated during the operation.
An individual identified as M. Diego of Brgy. Telapatio, San Ildefonso, who is wanted for violation of PD 1602, was taken into custody by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest implemented by the tracker team of San Ildefonso police. The wanted felon is currently under the custody of the arresting unit.
