Go Negosyo founder Joey Concepcion called on the country’s franchise owners and executives to continue being mentors to the country’s micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) when he spoke at the General Membership Meeting of the Philippine Franchise Association last Sept. 6.
Concepcion had earlier observed that many aspiring entrepreneurs get their start as franchisees, and in the process receive a form of mentorship in running their own business.
“By developing and helping MSMEs in the franchise business, we create a Circle of Success that will benefit more people,” he said.
Along with mentoring, access to markets and capital form the pillar of Go Negosyo’s 17-year old advocacy to promote entrepreneurship in the Philippines.
