American rapper and singer Lizzo announced her quitting the music industry in a shocking Instagram post on Saturday.

In 2023., Lizzo won Record of the Year for the song "About Damn Time" at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards. The same song received nominations for Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance.
