Residents in the province, thinking the earthquake that struck at 8:43 a.m.was the dreaded "Big One," hurriedly left their houses and directly went to an open area and prayed for their safety.
A group of residents in the City of Malolos said they saw houses and buildings, electric posts, and cars swaying.
Engineer Glenn Reyes has deployed a group of engineers to inspect the Provincial Capitol which sustained no damaged, not even a single crack.
The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) told Manila Bulletin that the Intensity IV earthquake felt in Bulacan caused no damage as of this writing.
