NVIDIA is all-in on AI

“It’s going to be all things AI for NVIDIA,” said Greg Estes, vice president of developer program, NVIDIA.

It’s no secret that NVIDIA has been pushing its technologies to support AI. Their past couple of products involved AI repositioning your eyes to make sure it’s as if you’re always staring at the camera during video calls. They also got products for the game devs, with AI capable of generating content such as background dialogue.

Now it seems there’s more about to be unveiled.

GTC 2024 will be both in-person and online, allowing a wider audience to attend and get a chance to look into the future with NVIDIA.

“We want to ensure accessibility for all participants with this hybrid approach,” Estes said. “And with AI, we want a collaborative atmosphere that drives the future of AI development. Our AI agenda and distinguished lineup of speakers are meant to nurture innovation for all AI enthusiasts.”

Estes has pointed out that the GTC 2024 will have a dedicated segment for startup companies that are already building on NVIDIA’s new AI platform. Along with this, there will be multiple workshops from companies such as Google, AWS, and Oracle, to explore AI.

To sweeten the deal for some attendees, NVIDIA will be providing professional certification in generative AI, which focuses on large language model and multimodal workflow skills.

Estes went on to say that GTC 2024 will also be a platform to discuss the future with AI. How much will AI change the workplace and other topics will be discussed.
