RLC Residences earns accolades at the DOT Property Philippines Awards 2023

RLC Residences showcases its remarkable contribution to the real estate industry with its portfolio of quality residential developments across different locations winning prestigious recognitions at the DOT Property Philippines Awards 2023 held September 14 at The Peninsula Manila.

RLC Residences received the Best Developer in Metro Manila and Cebu citations, two awards given to developers who lead the industry and establish new benchmarks in property developments in the region. Furthermore, Robinsons Land’s residential division got the Special Recognition Award for Innovation for its digital solutions for its clients, a groundbreaking distinction that is the first of its kind and is the sole special recognition award presented this year.

Proudly receiving this honor, Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager Chad Sotelo shared that it is the commitment to improving the lives of the customers that is the true essence of innovation. “We’ve chosen to really look at what pains the customers, even if it means challenging some of the established rules in the industry. With that, taking the leap of making the lives of our buyers progress much better is the role of innovation. So, thank you DOT Property for recognizing our efforts.”

Aside from these, RLC Residences’ renowned projects won citations for their unique features and remarkable offerings. Le Pont Residences in Bridgetowne Destination Estate was awarded the Best Luxury Development; Mantawi Residences in Mandaue City, Cebu secured the Best High-End Lifestyle Condominium title; SYNC in Pasig City received the Best Smart Home Condominium recognition; while Sierra Valley Gardens in Cainta, Rizal was granted the Best Smart Urban Community.

Moreover, for two consecutive years, RLC Residences got the much-coveted People's Choice Award for Project of the Year— this time for Le Pont Residences. This recognition is given to the project that garnered the highest number of online votes from property seekers.
