Malabon residents to receive 1st Ahon aid tranche on April 6
The Malabon City government will release the first tranche of financial aid for the year 2024 on Saturday, April 6.
Residents who have their Malabon Ahon Blue Cards (MABC) may claim their "ayuda" worth P500 from any Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) nationwide powered by BancNet or at any United Storefront Service Center (USSC) branches.
We launched the Malabon Ahon Blue Cards as part of Mayor Jeannie's goal to facilitate the extension of aid to our fellow Malabueños. With these cards, our residents will receive their benefits faster. May they be able to use the aid obtained in this first tranche for their needs. Expect the local government to always be ready to help for all Malabueños),” City Administrator Dr. Alexander Rosete said.
The financial aid will be the fourth "ayuda" for the residents since the local government started the MABC assistance rollout last year.
The beneficiaries were able to claim the first three financial aid which included grocery items and financial assistance, P850 cash, and Media Noche package.
Among the qualified Blue Card holders for the 2024 first financial aid are those who were able to claim three assistance (including grocery, P850 cash, Media Noche with Ham) under the program that were distributed last year, and the new beneficiaries who were able to get their cards from January 1 to March 24, 2024.
MABC holders will receive a text from the USSC if they are qualified to receive the financial assistance.
The release of the financial aid will start on April 6 at 8:00 a.m.
Qualified residents may withdraw their financial aid until June 6, 2024.
