Fall in love with Jessica Villarubin's latest single 'Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin'

The Clash Season 3 Grand Champion Jessica Villarubin vows to love unconditionally and faithfully through her latest single under GMA Music titled ‘Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin.’

Composed by Vehnee Saturno, the relatable ballad song is about being deeply in love and longing to have your special someone to be always by your side.

Jessica is elated to finally release her song, “Very excited po ako, especially nung nalaman ko kung sino yung composer ng song. I was very happy kasi si Sir Vehnee Saturno ay isa sa mga sikat na composer dito sa Pilipinas and marami siyang kantang sumikat.” She added, “Sa paghahanda sa song, ipinagkatiwala ko po sa GMA kung ano ‘yung ibibigay nila sa akin. 'Nung nagbigay sila ng songs, ito talaga yung napusuan ko sa lahat kasi gusto ko ‘yung message ng kanta.”


She shared how a lot of people can relate to the song, “Sa friends ko na in-love, this is for you. Before, na-try ko rin ma-inlove so siguro ito 'yung naging hugot ko nung nag-record ako, ‘yung past kong mga relationship. But mai-dedicate ko rin itong song for LDR couples na malayo sa isa’t isa, na hindi hadlang ‘yung distance when you love someone. Tamang-tama itong kanta para sa inyo.”

Meanwhile, she dreams to collaborate with a lot of Kapuso singers, “Kung mabibigyan man po ako ng pagkakataon, ang dami kong gustong maka-collab. Isa doon si Ate Julie Anne San Jose. I want to collaborate with her talaga and Ms. Lani Misalucha, lahat ng nasa ‘Queendom.’ Also si Ate Katrina Velarde kasi nakapag-collab na kami and nakapag-work na kaming dalawa. Marami pa akong gustong makasama like sila Kuya Christian Bautista, parang lahat ng mga singer na kilala ko, gusto ko silang maka-collab.”
