A fintech company offering credit access opportunities to Filipino consumers announced it has increased its workforce to 1,200 to date from only 42 back in 2022.
In a statement, Skyro said it has hired more to support the company’s aggressive expansion as it continues to reach more Filipino customers in the coming years.
The fast-growing fintech brand said it has experienced exponential growth, establishing an expansive network of over 500 partner merchants and a formidable presence in more than 3,000 stores across the country.
As the brand continues to expand and provide more Filipinos access to credit opportunities through its digital financial products, Skyro recognizes the indispensable role played by its workforce in achieving these milestones.

Millennials make up 74.2 percent of the workforce, with centennials comprising 24.0 percent, while Gen X represents 1.8 percent.
