PRC: 2,467 out of 4,914 pass September 2022 Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Friday, Sept. 9, announced that 2,467 individuals out of 4,914 examinees have passed the September 2022 Electrical Engineer licensure examination.

The exam was given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga from Sept. 3 until Sept. 4.

University of Santo Tomas (UST), with a rating of 90.22 percent, emerged as the top-performing institution in the September 2022 Electrical Engineer exam.

Meanwhile, Felipe Acol Jimenez Jr. of Eastern Samar State University - Borongan earned the highest place in the said boards with a rating of 94.10 percent.

September 2022 Master Electrician Exam

In the advisory, the Commission likewise released the results for the September 2022 Master Electrician licensure exam of which 2,433 out of 3,857 have passed.

Lorife Sitchon Lafuente of Sorsogon State College garnered the highest score for the said boards with 92 percent rating.

“The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examinations will be announced later,” said PRC.
