3 drug suspects nabbed in Taguig

Three persons were arrested by the police for alleged possession of suspected shabu in Taguig on April 5. 

They were intercepted by the Taguig Police Substation 4 operatives on Kalayaan Street in Barangay Ususan.

The suspects were identified as alias Edwin, 47; alias Nancy, 44; and alias Alice, 59. 

The suspects were found to be in possession of 10 plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, weighing 17 grams with a value of P115,600. 

According to the police, the three will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002). 

The confiscated illegal drugs will be turned over to the Southern Police District Forensic Unit for analysis.
