MANILA, Philippines – Some showbiz personalities already have plans for Valentine’s Day, with a few hatching new devices to make their loved ones feel even more special.

Fil-Italian actor-host Matteo Guidicelli plans to bring his girlfriend Maja Salvador on a trip.

“Baka out of town, baka the next day, sa [Feb.]15 or 13,” he said in an interview with “TV Patrol” aired on Feb. 2.

As for John Prats, he will celebrate Valentine’s Day—which also happens to be his birthday—with some of the people close to his heart, including, of course Bianca Manalo.

For their first V-Day as a dating couple, Prats was asked what gift he hopes to receive from Manalo.

“Kahit bracelet na gawa sa tali lang, okay na ako doon, basta galing sa kanya,” John said, smiling.

Manalo however, dished out in the interview that she’s getting him a new pair of shoes to add to his growing collection.

Meanwhile, young Kapamilya star Daniel Padilla revealed in a Push report that he hopes to finally be able to take his “Growing Up” co-star Kathryn Bernardo out on a date.

“Kung puwede i-date si Kath, idi-date ‘ko siya. Siguro mag-mo-movie kami kasi may movie ako na gustong panuorin na ngayong Valentine’s lalabas. Dinner din sana,” he said.

The 16-year-old actor said he already broached the idea to Bernardo.

“Ayos lang naman daw sa kanya. Kailangan lang magpaalam kay Tita Min [Bernardo], sa ermats niya. Okay lang din group date pero kung puwedeng kami lang ay mas ayos ‘yun,” he shared.

It has been almost a year since Azkals striker Phil Younghusband made his first move on Angel Locsin by asking her out on a Valentine date through the social networking site Twitter. From there, their relationship has gone a long way as they are now both very vocal in expressing their love with each other.

Younghusband, though, opts to keep his V-day plans with Locsin under wraps. He, however, revealed that his gift for the actress would be meaningful but not necessarily luxurious.

“Everyday I love Angel more and more and I think Angel, no matter whatever I get her, she’ll be happy. It’s always sentimental, so Angel is happy no matter what I get her,” he shared in a separate Push report.

For the celebrated Kapuso couple Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes, Valentine’s Day will probably be just a quick yet romantic dinner date.

"Magge-guest ako sa concert nina Ogie [Alacsid] at saka ni Regine [Velasquez]. So, hopefully, nando'n siya [Marian].

"But definitely, immediately after, ilalabas ko siya," said Dantes in PEP’s Jan. 30 report.
