The Cargo Movers clash with the Generika-Ayala Lifesavers at 2 p.m. while the Marinerang Pilipina Skippers debut against the Sta. Lucia Realtors in their 4 p.m. confrontation. A simple opening ceremony ushers the tournament at 1 p.m. with eight teams fighting for the crown that also include defending champions Petron Blaze Spikers, Foton Tornadoes Blue Energy, Cignal HD Spikers and PLDT Home Fibr Hitters. Skipper Aby Maraño will spearhead F2 Logistics in trying to erase the stigma of their last year’s championship defeat that went into a deciding Game 3.
