Big Bad Wolf book sale returns to Manila on Valentine's Day

By Richa Noriega The “world’s biggest book sale” will return to Manila on Valentine’s Day. (Big Bad Wolf Books FACEBOOK / FILE PHOTO / MANILA BULLETIN) (Big Bad Wolf Books FACEBOOK / FILE PHOTO / MANILA BULLETIN) The Big Bad Wolf (BBW) announced on Thursday that the traveling book sale will open at the World Trade Center in Pasay City on Feb. 14 and will run until Feb. 24.
It is set to bring two million books, with discounts ranging from 50 to 90 percent. Admission is free and the sale is open 24 hours. BBW added it will pledge assistance to the victims of Taal Volcano’s eruption last Sunday. The book sale has been in the Philippine five times. Most recently it was held in Pampanga and Davao in 2019.
