MANILA, Philippines – Despite her ongoing legal battle with Annabelle Rama, Nadia Montenegro still won’t back down in looking after the interest of her children—even if it means lodging a new complaint.

The Asistio matriarch reportedly plans to file a complaint to GMA network in relation to Richard Gutierrez’s apparent failure to mention her daughter Ynna Asistio’s name during a production number on “Party Pilipinas” last. Feb. 19.

The Kapuso leading man, Annabelle's son and talent as well, delivered the introductory spiels for the said segment along with his twin brother Raymond Gutierrez, Isabelle Daza and Maxene Magalona.

“So guys humanda na kayong ma-in love kina Kylie (Padilla), Janine (Gutierrez), Lexi (Fernandez), Hanna (Flores) and Wynwyn (Marquez),” said Richard.

Although she didn't drop any names, Ynna was apparently dismayed over not being mentioned in the spiel, as seen in these tweets also on Sunday:

“Di naman mahirap maging professional...... :/ bv”

“Buti pa kapatid mo nabanggit ako professional host.. Kakadisappoint.”

Meanwhile, Annabelle launched another Twitter tirade on Monday, seemingly alluding to the issues that currently beset her.

Ynna remains in Annabelle’s roster of talents despite all the brouhaha between her mom and the latter, which also eventually involved their respective families. However, the young actress will seemingly face her own legal battle soon with the Gutierrez matriarch’s plan to file a libel case against her.

The said charge stems from the allegation that Ynna had called Annabelle a “bugaw (pimp)” apparently to media.

Ynna, meanwhile, slammed her manager’s allegation in a separate interview.
