Rizal PNP cites accomplishments under Baccay's leadership

The anti-criminality campaign of the Rizal Police Provincial Office (PPO) under the leadership of Police Col. Dominic Baccay has resulted in the seizure of over P100 million worth of illegal drugs and the arrest of more than 4,000 individuals.

In its social media post, the PPO’s Public Information Office said Rizal police have confiscated 15,615.68 grams of shabu with a street value of P118,209,504 since Baccay assumed office on Nov. 15, 2021.

A total of 2,824 anti-illegal drugs operations were conducted, resulting in the arrest of 4,020 persons.

Under Baccay’s watch, the Rizal PPO has also seized 165 illegal firearms and arrested 142 individuals during operations against loose firearms.

The provincial police likewise confiscated P349,384 bet money and apprehended 2,322 persons in 703 anti-gambling operations in one-year period.
