Butuan City — A magnitude 4.3 earthquake jolted Davao Oriental, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
In its bulletin, Phivolcs said the earthquake was recorded on Sunday at 1:16 p.m.

The epicenter was located 111 kms southeast of Manay town. The quake was tectonic in origin and had a depth of 30 kms.
No damage or aftershock are expected.
Meanwhile, two mild earthquakes also shook Davao Occidental province today, Monday.
A 2.7 magnitude tremor was registered at 1:58 a.m.with an epicenter plotted 33 kms southeast of Jose Abad Santos, with a depth of 126 kms.
A 2.4 magnitude earthquake was also recorded earlier at 12:07 a.m. with its epicenter traced 64 kms southeast of Don Marcelino town with a depth of 91 kms.
The two tremors were tectonic in origin. Damage, injury and aftershock were not expected, the state agency added.
