Likewise, corporations, partnerships and other non-individual taxpayers with fiscal quarter ending February 29, 2020 have until June 13 to submit the same and June 29 for those with first quarter ending March 31,2020.
BIR Deputy Commissioner for Operations Arnel Guballa issued the reminder as the deadlines, stressing the deadlines will no longer be extended together with other tax types enumerated in Revenue Regulations No. 11-2020.
He said surcharge, interest and compromise penalties will be slapped against taxpayers who filed returns after the due date.
Guballa said they are no longer contemplating to further extend the filing and payment schedules because the government urgently needs the tax payments for national emergency arising from corona virus disease.
