Machinery For Livestock At Agrilink

Major world distributors of machines and equipment for the livestock and poultry industry will showcase their products and services at the 2012 edition of Agrilink which will be held at the World Trade Center-Manila on October 4 to 6.
These include manufacturers from the United States, China, Japan and Taiwan. Their products and services fit well with the trade expo’s theme of “Improving Animal Productivity Beyond Medication.”
One of the exhibitors will be Val-Co, a global manufacturer of high quality systems and components for commercial poultry and swine production. These include equipment for feeding, watering, climate control, nesting, containment, flooring, scaling and bio-security systems. Their range of products for climate control includes whole house controls, sequence panels, static pressure modules, cooling systems such as pad cooling, fogging systems and misting systems.
Val-Co also carries heating systems like space heaters, tube heaters and brooders. They also have nesting systems for poultry, penning, farrowing and stall housing for pigs, and cages, nest and cage-free systems for egg production. Val-Co’s Burn Mizer cremators, one of its bio-security products, are built with reflective liners to conserve heat, increase efficiency and avoid spreading of disease.
Another US company that will exhibit at Agrilink 2012 is Hired-Hand Manufacturing of Alabama. It was the first US manufacturer of electronic controls specifically designed for the agricultural industry. They currently provide steel buildings for poultry and livestock, metal and fiberglass housing fans, furnace heaters, brooders, infrared tube heating systems, automatic curtain machines, electronic controls, evaporative cooling systems, portable evaporative cooling fans, patented roll-up doors and sidewalls among others.
Another Agrilink exhibitor will be Zheng Chang from Shanghai. It is one of China’s largest manufacturers of feed machinery with over 30 offices all over the world. It has CE certification for exporting to European markets and a Russian GOST-R certification. Its product line for feeds, forage and hops engineering include pelleting and grinding machines, advanced hatching system, advanced enzyme spraying technology, computer control and cooling sections. Its steel silos are also geared for feed, grain, food, flour, beer and food drying.
For livestock and poultry, it markets red meat processors, slaughter engineering, cattle and sheep waste management as well as livestock and poultry breeding technologies.
Ishii Livestock Equipment, a Chinese and Japanese venture and Japan’s largest hatchery group, manufactures equipment for livestock and poultry, some of which consist of incubators, hatcheries, chick processing systems, chick counters, hatcher basket washers, candling and transferring machines, etc.
Suncue Company Ltd. from Taiwan will exhibit grain dryers and husk furnaces. Suncue’s rice husk furnaces have been proven to reduce fuel costs up to 75% and have passed strict air pollution standards in both Taiwan and Japan.
