PDEA: Four men yield P6.8-M worth of shabu in Pasay City buy-bust

Government anti-narcotics operatives confiscated on Wednesday, Oct. 11, round P6.8 million worth of shabu following the arrest of four drug suspects during a buy-bust operation in Pasay City.
In an initial report, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) spokesperson Derrick Carreon said that Saint Carlo Binauhan, Kenn Andrada, Asima Lakman and Albaina Pudong were nabbed at the parking lot of a fastfood chain in Barangay 76, Zone 10.
The operatives positioned themselves strategically that led to the arrest at around 1:10 p.m. after the deal of the undercover agent and the four suspects were consummated.
A PDEA agent served as the body camera operator with a member of the media and a barangay official witnessing the operation where one kilo of shabu was confiscated.
The four suspects face charges for violation of Section 5 (sale, trading, administration, dispensation, delivery, distribution and transportation of dangerous drugs and/or controlled precursors and essential chemicals) in relation to Section 26 paragraph b Article II of Republic Act (RA) 9165).
