The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) asked yesterday taxpayers to avail of its online facilities in filing the 2019 income tax returns (ITRs) and paying the corresponding taxes to avoid crowds of filers rushing to beat the June 15 deadline, thus escaping the possibility of catching the Corona Virus-19.
