Services of SAF might no longer be needed in Bilibid in a few months

Director General Ronald dela Rosa, chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP), said that he is already crafting plans on how to shut down the drug lords from the outside world once he assumes the top post of the Bureau of Corrections. Dela Rosa, who was supposed to retire on January 21, was promised the BuCor top post as soon as he retires but President Duterte decided to extend his tour of duty in the PNP until April 21. Another problem that dela Rosa is currently finding solution is the women's correctional following reports that female drug lords continue to have access to gadgets inside. It was recalled that a convicted female drug lord became controversial after a big amount of shabu was seized inside the house of her daughter in Manila. At least two cops were also placed under investigation after they were accused of being aware of the illegal drugs activities of the convicted drug lord through her daughter. "That is another problem but I will take care of it once I assumed the position in BuCor," dela Rosa said.
