Young supersinger-composer Greyson Chance was here for a few days for mall tours and meet-and-greet sessions (at Trinoma and Market! Market!) to promote his new EP, “Truth Be Told Part 1,” released exclusively under MCA Music (Universal Music Philippines). Needless to say, the handsome and very talented Greyson made his countless young Filipino fans so excited and happy with his third presence in the country.

Likewise, he also expressed excitement and love for the Philippines at a press conference held at Max’s Scout Tuazon before he returned to California on Tuesday.

All the five songs in “Truth Be Told Part 1” (“You Might Be the One,” “Leila,” “California Sky” “Take My Heart” and the carrier single “Sunshine & City Lights”) are compositions of Greyson. “Sunshine & City Lights,” according to him, is the first taste of the new music he has been working on for nearly a year. While he continues to work on a full-length album to be released next year, he decided to give his fans a sample of what’s to come through the single.

Ayala Malls brought over the 15-year-old American teen pop singer-songwriter and pianist for a series of concerts and album promotions. The “Truth Be Told Part 1 Philippine Tour” was presented by Ayala Malls and MCA Music (Universal Music Philippines). The album is now available in CDs at Astroplus and Odyssey Music & Video on online via iTunes or www.MyMusicStore.com.ph.
