The Kapamilya Network’s romantic comedy series, “Kahit Konting Pagtingin,” which is set to premiere tonight, has Angeline Quinto, dubbed the “Queen of Teleserye Theme Songs,” torn between two dashing leading men, Sam Milby and Paulo Avelino. The three of them are working together for the first time.

Paulo, of course, is the “Breakthrough Actor of 2012” while Sam remains to be the “Romantic-Comedy Heartthrob.”

At the recent press conference for the “kilig-serye,” Angeline impressed us with her wit and humor in answering questions. Many of us expect her to fare even better in the series where she plays the role of Aurora, a highly spirited and hardworking young lady who will do everything for the sake of her loved ones. And amid her funny adventures. Aurora will meet two guys – Lance (Paulo) and Adam (Sam) – both bound to win her heart.

This is Angeline’s first-ever teleserye and she feels overjoyed and so blessed. “I am really happy because I didn’t expect that this will really happen,” the singer-actress said. “If before I was only part of teleseryes as the singer of the theme songs, now TV viewers can watch me everyday as an actress.”

Angeline added, “The series is very light. It’s a heartwarming tale of a woman who works hard for her family.” She expressed pride with her being paired for the first time with Sam and Paulo. “Of course we will also discover in the story how Aurora will find her one true love.”

Directed by Darnell Villaflor, the series also stars Snooky Serna. John Lapus, Mylene Dizon, James Blanco, Jordan Herrera, Ahron Villena, Joonee Gamboa, Denise Joaquin, and introducing Alexandra Macanan and Aljhon Lucas.
