Highest wind signal possible
As it anticipated the arrival of "strong breeze to near-gale conditions associated with 'Egay,'" PAGASA may issue wind signals in some areas of the Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas in the succeeding weather bulletin. PAGASA said the "current forecast scenario shows that the highest wind signal that may be hoisted will be Wind Signal No. 3 or 4" potentially over Extreme Northern Luzon. *(Sonny Daanoy)*
