Umbria Commercial Center in Binan, Laguna, a new and vibrant lifestyle community center is poised to redefine the retail development landscape in the south.

Situated away from the congested streets of the metropolis yet still close by and easily accessible via SLEX, the commercial enclave offers residents of Alabang, San Pedro and Sta. As project director and business advisor, the latter is working closely with PCLI to ensure the smooth execution of the project. One A.D. Umbria Center boasts design ideas that will blend iconic architectural sketches and contemporary design. Floating arches inspired by the umbrella-like structures of L’Umbracle Gardens in Valencia, Spain, gracefully lean over tree-lined walkways, sweeping garden landscapes and al fresco spaces.

The clever use of steel and specialty lighting visibly lend a modern feel to the structure while glass panel treatments let the outside in and give the illusion of space and movement. Shoppers may also admire the charming outdoors a few feet above the ground with Umbria’s scenic elevators that provide a panoramic view of its surroundings.

For the convenience of its customers, there will be covered pathways and secure parking lots.

“One of the main attractions of Umbria Center is its accessibility. The location is very strategic.  It is a 10-minute drive from Alabang and is accessible 24/7 to public transportation. It is right in the center of Biñan, a first-class city with highly-populated residential communities,” explained Ng.

Umbria is in the midst of commercial activities in Biñan, joining popular landmarks like the Laguna International Industrial Park.

People coming from SLEX can take the Carmona-Biñan Exit and Mamplasan Exit, drive a few minutes before reaching the corner of the old National Highway and Jubilation Road where the newest retail landmark of the south comes into full view.
