Maui Oasis, Filinvest’s Hawaiian tropical paradise in the heart of Manila, makes living in the city feel as if one is on vacation.  It’s not hard to imagine why. Going to work in the Makati Central Business District need not be an issue as well. The tunnel goes under the PNR tracks and exits at the Zamora (Pandacan) bridge for easy access to Makati.

The opening ceremonies of the tunnel, held back-to-back with the launch of the Maui Oasis amenity area, were greeted with enthusiasm by the residents.

Located along Sta. Mesa, Manila, Maui Oasis is surrounded by universities such as PUP, University of the East, Don Bosco Mandaluyong, and other educational institutions located at the university belt.
