ILOILO CITY, Iloilo — The Iloilo provincial government released P5.58 million as aid for victims of the flood caused by tropical depression Quinta last December,  2012. Governor Arthur Defensor Sr. led the turning over of  the amount to victims whose houses were totally damaged.  A total number of 1,086 homeowners in 19 towns and one component city received financial aid amounting to P5,000 each. A total of P150,000 was given to beneficiaries of the 15 casualties. (Tara Yap)
