New Houses At Sun Valley Estates

Sun Valley Estates in Antipolo City recently launched new house and lot packages in its community, in response to the growing demand for quality homes within the metropolis. The new houses reflect the theme of living close to nature, while maintaining the quiet ambience of an exclusive neighborhood.

Known as Mahogany Lane, the cluster of homes is built at the foot of a hill, and offers views of the golf course beside it, and the mountains beyond it. Several mahogany trees have been planted in strategic spots within the area, to enhance privacy for the community. The Mahogany Falls can be found just beyond the trees. On the other side of the main road, the golf course and the waters of a stream add to the ambience.

Mahogany Lane boasts of its own clubhouse, where homeowners can hold get-togethers, or simply relax and take in the view. Each home has a two-story design, with three bedrooms, carport and pocket gardens.

Wide picture windows let in the sun and the view in both dining and living areas. Some homes are built with a patio.

Sun Valley is a community designed to be shaped with nature. From the Sierra Madre ridge that borders the community, to the natural waterfalls– all around are views of verdant hillsides and valleys, blue skies, and lush forests. At dusk, the sunset paints the sky with gold and crimson.

Accessible via Marcos Highway, Sun Valley Estates is located only 10 minutes from Masinag Market and SM City Masinag. Exclusive schools, hospitals, and places of worship are found in nearby surroundings as well as in Antipolo City proper.

An exclusive school for boys is part of Sun Valley’s design to become a self-contained community. A commercial area is also envisioned to fulfill shopping needs and services for the residents.

One of the well-designed golf courses is also found there. Natural challenges and impressive views are created by the undulating terrain and waterways.  The golf clubhouse, among four clubhouses there, takes advantage of cool afternoon winds with a wide open veranda and dining area.
